How to Use a Watchlist Pro Recharge Code

A Watchlist Pro recharge code is a prepaid voucher for subscription time. It is not a discount code and it is not entered on this website — it goes into the app itself.

Where to enter it

Open Watchlist Pro on the device you want to activate.
Go to your account or profile area, then look for Activate, Recharge or Subscription.
Type the code exactly as it appears in your email. It is case sensitive.
Confirm. Your expiry date updates immediately.

If you are still inside the 7-day trial, entering a code does not waste the remaining trial days — the subscription time is added on top.

Reading the code correctly

Codes mix letters and digits, and a few characters are easy to confuse. If the app rejects a code that looks right, check these before assuming it is faulty:

Zero 0 versus capital letter O
Digit 1 versus lowercase l versus capital I
Digit 5 versus capital S, and 8 versus B
A trailing space copied in from the email

Copy and paste from the email rather than retyping if your device allows it.

One code, one account

A code can be redeemed once. After that it is spent and will be rejected everywhere, including on a second device. Your subscription follows your account, not the device, so once redeemed you can sign in on your other devices without a second code — up to the number of profiles your plan allows.

If the code does not work

“Invalid code” — almost always a mistyped character. Work through the list above first.
“Already used” — the code has been redeemed. If that was not you, contact us with your order number.
Nothing happens — check the device has internet. Activation needs a connection.
The date did not change — close the app completely and reopen it; the expiry display refreshes on launch.

Buying another code

Codes do not renew automatically — that is deliberate, nothing is stored against your card. When your time is nearly up, buy the next code from the price page and redeem it the same way. You can redeem a new code before the current one expires; the time is added to the end.
